Why am I back here after so long an absence, and why am I finally a real member? Maybe because here will be a better home than my most recent, which was destroyed. My community centered around two places where I worked, and they both closed in October. Now I have no permanent work-home I feel so adrift, and I needed a place where I could be myself, just as my two workplaces had been. This will be a place for me to admire people's art and perhaps feel inspired enough to create some of my own. I want to start creating again, and I believe that Deviantart is a place of nurture.
